标准地铁顶盖搅拌摩擦焊工艺研究

Research on Friction Stir Welding Process for Roof of the standard metro train

  • 摘要: 近年来,中车株机公司大部分地铁采用标准地铁车体平台。标准地铁顶盖采用通长挤压圆弧铝合金型材结构,该种结构较适合应用搅拌摩擦焊工艺。搅拌摩擦焊是节能、节材、环保及绿色焊接技术。为推广应用标准地铁顶盖搅拌摩擦焊工艺,参考前期侧墙及长地板搅拌焊工艺开展工艺研究及验证。通过开展型材设计、工装设计、工艺设计、焊接参数验证、工程化样件制作等,确保标准地铁顶盖搅拌摩擦焊的力学性能、内部缺陷、产品轮廓度等满足相关设计及质量要求。

     

    Abstract: In recent years,CRRC Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Co. uses a standard metro car body platform for most  metro train applications. The standard metro roof uses a continuous extruded curved aluminum alloy profile structure, which is more suitable for application of friction stir welding technology. Friction stir welding is an energy-saving, material-saving, environmentally friendly, and green welding technology. In order to promote the application of friction stir welding technology in standard metro roof ,process research and verification will be carried out based on the previous stir welding technology for side walls and long floors. By conducting research on the design of the profile, the design of the fixture, the process design, the verification of welding parameters, and the fabrication of engineering prototype samples, the mechanical properties, internal defects, and profile accuracy of the standard metro roof friction stir welding process were ensured to meet relevant design and quality requirements.
