Abstract:
The main tower of the Chizhou Yangtze River Highway Bridge adopts a vase type, and the steel corssbeams between the tower columns adopt a clustered multi anchor box structure. Each crossbeam has a maximum of 10 pairs of anchor points(20 anchor heads). By analyzing the structural characteristics of the clustered multi anchor steel crossbeam, a reasonable assembly and welding sequence of the crossbeam blocks was determined.The welding consumable and welding parameters that match the base material were determined through welding procedure qualification, ensuring the quality of the weld. By studying key points such as precision control of assembly frame, anchor box, welding deformation control, and applying effective technical measures, ensure that the external dimensions of the steel crossbeam meet the requirements of standards and specifications; The implementation of the pre-drilling hole method bolt connection technology greatly improves the efficiency of steel crossbeam assembly at bridge locations.
