  • 摘要: 对激光扫描焊接技术非熔穿焊缝质量目标影响因素展开研究。首先通过对现有在线监控系统的探测度进行研究,确认监控系统对焊接特性的检查有效性。根据DOE试验设计,探究焊接工艺及工况与气孔及熔深的相关性。在保证焊缝成形的前提下,分析气孔的形成机理,并解释各抑制技术对气孔的抑制机理。确定抑制气孔的技术途径和具体措施,并控制焊接熔深,使焊缝质量满足标准要求,且将缺陷率控制到最低。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the influencing factors of non-melt-through weld quality target mark of laser scanning welding technology are studied. The authors first study the detectability of the existing online monitoring system to confirm the effectiveness of the monitoring system for checking the welding characteristics. According to the DOE experimental design, the correlation of welding process and working conditions on porosity and penetration was explored. Under the premise of ensuring the formation of the weld, the formation mechanism of pores is analyzed,and the suppression mechanism of pores by various suppression technologies is explained. Determine the technical approach and specific measures to suppress porosity, and control the welding penetration so that the weld quality meets the standard requirements and the defect rate is controlled to a minimum.
