Abstract:
In this paper, the influencing factors of non-melt-through weld quality target mark of laser scanning welding technology are studied. The authors first study the detectability of the existing online monitoring system to confirm the effectiveness of the monitoring system for checking the welding characteristics. According to the DOE experimental design, the correlation of welding process and working conditions on porosity and penetration was explored. Under the premise of ensuring the formation of the weld, the formation mechanism of pores is analyzed,and the suppression mechanism of pores by various suppression technologies is explained. Determine the technical approach and specific measures to suppress porosity, and control the welding penetration so that the weld quality meets the standard requirements and the defect rate is controlled to a minimum.
