  • 摘要: 本文提出了基于通用CAD软件的冲裁工艺建模和自动计算方法.在确定冲裁排样、压力和压力中心以及凸、凹模刃口尺寸等工艺参数时,通过建立工艺模型,借助AutoCAD、Pro/E的模型分析功能,使冲裁的工艺计算自动化.本方法简单易行、精确可靠,是冲裁工艺计算和冲模设计的实用方法.
