摘要: 简要介绍了View Cast模拟软件的特点,利用View Cast软件设计了齿冠的浇冒口系统,包括浇注系统的尺寸、冒口数目及尺寸,并在必要部位安放冷铁,模拟分析显示,铸件实现了顺序凝固,消除了缩孔、缩松等缺陷.生产实践表明,把用View Cast软件设计的铸造工艺应用于实际生产,铸件内部组织致密,符合技术要求.
