薄壁铝合金箱体焊接工艺优化实践

Optimization of welding process for thin-walled aluminum alloy box

  • 摘要: 针对铝合金箱体在焊接成形过程中出现的变形问题,进行了原因分析,提出了解决措施,采取应用焊接专用夹具、调整零件焊接顺序、优化焊接参数的方法,进行了焊接工艺优化,有效降低了焊接过程中箱体的变形量,生产出了满足变形量要求的产品。通过对该箱体变形量问题的解决,积累了超长薄壁铝合金箱体类零件的焊接经验,对今后类似零件的焊接加工具有借鉴作用。

     

    Abstract: In view of the deformation problem of aluminum alloy box body during welding forming process, this paper analyzes the causes and puts forward some solving measures, the welding process was optimized by using special welding fixture, adjusting welding sequence and optimizing welding parameters, which effectively reduced the deformation of the box during welding, the product can meet the requirement of deformation. By solving the problem of the deformation of the box, the welding experience of the super-long thin-wall aluminum alloy box parts is accumulated, which can be used for reference in the welding process of similar parts in the future.
