热处理对A286材料组织和力学性能的影响

Effect of heat treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of A286 alloy

  • 摘要: 利用CMT-5000材料万能试验机、能量色散X射线谱仪(EDS)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD),研究了A286合金经982℃固溶热处理1h、水冷+720℃时效热处理17h后的材料组织及力学性能。结果表明:经过热处理的A286合金展现出了优异的力学性能,抗拉强度1027MPa、屈服强度746MPa、断后伸长率37.5%及断面收缩率42%。这些性能指标表明,A286合金在经过适当的热处理后,能够满足高端工业应用的性能要求。

     

    Abstract: The microstructure and mechanical properties of A286 alloy after solution heat treatment at 982℃ for 1 hour and water cooling+720℃ aging heat treatment for 17 hours were studied using a CMT-5000 universal testing machine, energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer(EDS), scanning electron microscope(SEM), and modern X-ray diffractometer(XRD). The results showed that the A286 alloy after heat treatment exhibited good mechanical properties. The tensile strength is 1027MPa, the yield strength is 746MPa, the elongation after fracture is 37.5%,and the reduction in area is 42%. The performance indicate that A286 alloy can meet the requirements of high-end industrial applications after appropriate heat treatment.
