压力容器工艺气入口管道泄漏原因分析

Analysis of Leakage Causes in Process Gas Inlet Pipeline of Pressure Vessel

  • 摘要: 某化肥厂压力容器工艺气入口管道发生泄漏,针对该泄漏管道进行了化学成分分析、力学性能分析、金相分析、断口微观形貌以及垢物成分分析。分析结果表明压力容器工艺气入口不锈钢泄漏由于氯化物应力腐蚀开裂造成,工艺介质中氯元素及焊接质量是影响管子氯化物应力腐蚀开裂的主要原因。建议加强焊接质量,同时对焊接接头进行焊后热处理,加强表面质量的管控,或者更换材料等方法来避免氯化物应力腐蚀的发生。

     

    Abstract: A leak occurred in the process gas inlet pipeline of a pressure vessel at a fertilizer plant. The chemical composition, mechanical properties, metallographic structure, fracture morphology and scale composition of the leaking pipeline were analyzed. The results showed that the stainless steel leakage in the process gas inlet of the pressure vessel was caused by chloride stress corrosion cracking (SCC). The main factors affecting the SCC of the pipe were the chlorine element in the process medium and the welding quality. It is recommended to strengthen the welding quality, conduct post-weld heat treatment on the welded joint, strengthen the control of surface quality, or replace the material to avoid chloride stress corrosion.
