Abstract:
With the advent of the Industry 4.0 era, global manufacturing has entered a new stage of development. As a crucial supporting technology in modern industrial manufacturing, welding technology is continuously facing new challenges and opportunities for development. Particularly in high-tech fields such as aerospace, new energy, and high-end equipment manufacturing, the demand for welding talent is becoming increasingly urgent. However, the current talent training model in welding education has not fully adapted to the needs of the new era's industries. The traditional educational model is no longer sufficient to meet the industry's demand for innovative, interdisciplinary, and high-level talents. Therefore, from the perspective of future industries, this paper analyzes the current state of young welding talent cultivation, explores existing issues, and proposes reform paths and suggestions, aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the enhancement and reform of welding education.
