Abstract:
The elastic retaining ring parts made of 65Mn spring steel, shape is like a circular ring, parts thickness is thin, easy to appear hardening deformation problems. This paper analyzes the quenching process of 65Mn elastic retaining ring and the main causes of quenching deformation, by designing special quenching fixture and improving the quenching process, not only reduces the heat treatment deformation of parts, but also improves the hardness and uniformity of parts after quenching, so that the comprehensive performance of parts is improved, reduces the production cost, and improves the processing quality of parts.
