  • 摘要: 针对有限元模拟空心铝型材分流模挤压成形中的困难与局限性,通过有限体积法和有限元复合数值模拟法,对典型大挤压比空心型材的分流模挤压过程进行了模拟,详细研究了型材挤压成形过程中金属的流动规律及焊合过程,为分流模设计、优化提供了依据.采用数值模拟优化的结果进行了实验研究,成功地挤出了合格的空心铝型材.
