Technology measure to eliminate the blow hole defect in valve body castings

  • 摘要: 某阀体铸件材质为HT150,在生产中经常出现气孔缺陷,废品率一度高达41%.气孔出现的部位多在铸件的法兰环状热节区和出气冒口根部的表皮下,并呈梨形、圆形或扁圆形,体积较大,尺寸在1~3 mm,经判定为侵入性气孔.
