新质生产力视角下激光焊接技术课程教学创新改革的思考与实践

Thoughts and Practices on the Innovative Reform of Laser Welding Technology Course Teaching from the Perspective of New Quality Productivity

  • 摘要: 随着新质生产力的概念提出,国内在产业布局、技术创新与人才发展方面逐步推进变革。基于对激光焊接技术课程定位、学情和课程问题的分析,探讨了该专业课程的教学短板问题,包括理论应用脱节、授课形式单一、教学手段滞后、考评机制缺乏四方面。本文围绕教学短板问题,从新质生产力的视角出发,总结课程的教学思路,创新教学过程从而培养设计思维,归纳适合于理论与实践相结合的教学改革策略,包括多元化教学内容、差异化教学方法、案例式教学手段、统分式考评体系,并探索激光焊接技术课程与新质生产力融合路径。最后,分析教学创新改革成效,以期提高新质生产力驱动下的课程教学效果,培养适应新时代要求的高素质技术技能型人才。

     

    Abstract: With the concept of new quality productive forces, China has gradually promoted changes in industrial layout, technological innovation and talent development. Based on the analysis on positioning, learning situation and problems of laser welding technology course, the teaching shortcomings of this major course are discussed, including disjointed theory and application, single teaching form, lagging teaching means and lack of evaluation mechanism. Aimed at solving the problem of teaching shortcomings, this paper summarizes the teaching ideas of the course, innovates the teaching process so as to cultivate design thinking from the perspective of new quality productive forces, and concludes the teaching reform strategies suitable for combining theory and practice, including diversified teaching content, differentiated teaching methods, case-based teaching methods, and unified grading evaluation system. And the fusion path of laser welding technology course and new quality productive forces is explored. Finally, the paper analyzes the effect of teaching innovation reform, in order to improve the teaching effect of professional courses driven by the new quality productive forces, and cultivate high-quality technical talents to meet the requirements of the new era.
