传统扩散连接在金属材料加工中的研究及应用

  • 摘要: 高性能金属材料往往离不开好的加工工艺,扩散连接技术在金属材料领域发挥着重要作用。介绍了扩散连接技术的基本原理,解释了材料的固态扩散过程,以及与传统焊接方法相比的优势。讨论了扩散连接的影响因素,包括工艺参数、元素扩散和界面结合强度与断裂机理,尤其是温度、压强、保温时间对接头强度的影响。探讨了扩散连接在航空航天、核能领域的应用,并对扩散连接的进一步研究方向提出了建议。

     

    Abstract: High-performance metal materials are often inseparable from better processing technology, and diffusion bonding technology plays an important role in the field of metal materials. The basic principle of diffusion bonding technology is introduced, the solid state diffusion process of materials is expounded, and the advantages compared with traditional bonding methods are expounded. The influencing factors of diffusion bonding are discussed,including process parameters, element diffusion, interfacial bonding strength and fracture mechanism, especially the influence of temperature, pressure and holding time on joint strength. The applications of diffusion bonding in aerospace and nuclear energy are discussed, and the further research direction of diffusion bonding is put forward.
