窄间隙激光填丝焊焊接材料对比分析

Comparative analysis of narrow gap laser wire filling welding materials

  • 摘要: 针对核用TP316LN不锈钢厚壁管道,采用8种不同批号的不锈钢焊丝进行窄间隙激光填丝焊接。在激光焊焊接参数保持一致的情况下,通过对焊接接头力学性能、微观组织进行分析,探索不同化学成分的焊接材料对焊缝质量的影响,从而得出窄间隙激光填丝焊焊接核用TP316LN不锈钢厚壁管道时,焊接材料选用的基本原则和规律。

     

    Abstract: For nuclear TP316LN stainless steel thick walled pipelines, 8 different batch numbers of stainless steel welding wires are used for narrow gap laser wire filling welding. By analyzing the mechanical properties and microstructure of the welded joint while maintaining consistent laser welding parameters, this study explores the influence of welding materials with different chemical compositions on the quality of the weld seam, and thus derives the basic principles and rules for selecting welding materials for laser wire filling welding.
