  • 摘要: 影响铸铁、铸钢件组织和性能的因素,有化学成分、孕育(变质)处理、冷却速度、炉料的"遗传性",以及铁液过热温度等,在这些因素中,化学成分含量的高低对铸件物理性能的影响相对更大些,是第一因素,因此在生产过程中,根据铸件物理性能的要求,正确的配料或调料,严格控制材质的各化学成分含量显得尤为重要.
