雷达天线骨架高强钢机器人焊接工艺分析

Welding process analysis of high strength steel robot for radar antenna skeleton

  • 摘要: 在某型雷达的研制中,实现了国产Q690D高强度结构钢(以下简称高强钢)替代以往进口高强钢的应用。介绍了采用机器人焊接技术对某型雷达天线骨架Q690D高强度钢进行焊接,对其进行焊接性能分析,并针对焊接性能开展机器人焊接工艺分析。结果表明:经渗透检测,机器人焊后焊缝质量良好,满足技术要求。该工艺已成功应用于雷达天线骨架高强钢机器人焊接生产中。

     

    Abstract: Domestically produced Q690D high-strength structural steel has gradually replaced the application of imported high-strength steel in the development of a certain type of radar. This article introduces the use of robot welding technology to weld the Q690D high-strength steel of a certain radar antenna skeleton, analyzes its welding performance, and conducts robot welding process analysis based on the welding performance. The conclusion is that after robot welding, non-destructive penetration testing shows good weld quality, meeting technical requirements,and ultimately applied to the production task of robot welding of high-strength steel of radar antenna skeleton.
