  • 摘要: 拦焦机侧板的材质为高锰钢,设计要求铸件端面和螺栓通孔需进行机械加工,加工难度很大.本文从泡沫塑料模样的制作、涂料配方、涂料涂敷及干燥方法、浇注位置及浇注系统的确定、装箱振实操作步骤、浇注打箱等方面介绍了消失模铸造生产侧板的工艺方案.
