  • 摘要: CFB锅炉旋风分离器管屏销钉焊接主要采用手工瓷圈销钉焊或手工气保销钉焊,智能化程度低、工人劳动强度大、焊接质量不稳定。基于不足,本文介绍了一种旋风分离器管屏销钉机器人焊接设备及工艺,通过对管屏激光扫描并三维重建、单管精确扫描、焊接轨迹规划等技术研究,完成旋风分离器管屏销钉智能机器人焊接控制系统软件开发,从而实现CFB锅炉旋风分离器管屏销钉智能化焊接。销钉焊缝成形美观,质量稳定,无虚焊和焊瘤等缺陷。

     

    Abstract: The CFB boiler cyclone separator tube panels stud welding mainly adopts manual porcelain ring stud welding or manual gas stud welding, the low degree of intelligence, workers labor intensity, welding quality is not stable. Based on the deficiencies, this paper introduces a cyclone separator tube panels stud robot welding equipment and technology, through the tube panels laser scanning and 3d reconstruction, single tube accurate scanning, welding trajectory planning and other technology research, complete the cyclone separator tube panels stud intelligent robot welding control system software development, so as to realize CFB boiler cyclone separator tube panels stud intelligent welding.The stud weld is beautiful, stable quality, no defect welding and welding tumor.
