预处理不合格对工件变形的影响

The influence of pre-treatment mixed crystal on workpiece deformation

  • 摘要: 针对某低碳合金钢齿轮渗碳淬火后因齿轮平面扭曲变形大而报废的现象,通过变形检测,对热处理工装、毛坯原材料及正火工艺等影响因素进行分析,表明正火预处理不合格是造成齿轮变形的重要原因。阐述了等温正火预处理对防止齿轮热处理变形所具有重要的作用。

     

    Abstract: In view of the phenomenon of scrap of a low carbon alloy steel gear due to large distortion of gear plane after carburizing and quenching, the influence factors such as heat treatment tooling, blank raw materials and normalizing process were analyzed through deformation detection. The results show that unqualified normalizing pretreatment is an important cause of gear deformation. The isothermal normalizing pretreatment plays an important role in preventing the deformation of gear during heat treatment.
