双齿齿条中频感应淬火工艺研究

Study on scanning induction hardening process of double tooth rack

  • 摘要: 随着感应加热技术日趋成熟,越来越多的汽车零部件采用这种节能、高效的热处理方式提高金属件的力学性能。主要介绍了S45C材料双齿齿条中频感应淬火工艺研究,通过改进感应器设计、硬度检测、金相组织分析,确立了优化的工艺并用于生产。金相结果符合JB/T 9204—2008《钢件感应淬火金相检验》的规定,淬硬层深均匀、一致。结果表明:中频感应淬火可以用于汽车零部件双齿齿条的热处理生产。

     

    Abstract: With the increasing maturity of induction heating technology, more and more auto parts use this energysaving and efficient heat treatment method to improve the mechanical performance of metal parts. This paper mainly introduces the study of middle frequency induction scanning hardening process of S45C. Through the hardness determination and metallographic organization analysis, the metallographic results conform to the standard of JB/T 9204—2008《Metallographic Examination of Induction hardened Steel Parts》, and the hardening layer depth is uniform and consistent. The results show that medium-frequency induction quenching can be used in the heat treatment production of double-gear racks for automobile parts.
