面向工程应用的X70管线钢焊接材料选用原则研究进展

Engineering applications oriented research progress on selection principles of welding consumables for X70 pipeline steel

  • 摘要: 为了推动X70管线钢焊接材料的创新开发,合理选用焊接材料改善钢的焊接性,综述了涉及工程应用的X70管线钢焊接材料选用原则研究进展。结果表明,该钢焊接性的主要问题是焊接裂纹敏感性,以及一定的HAZ晶粒粗化、软化,同时也不可忽视HAZ局部脆化。X70钢焊接材料的选择倾向于“准成分匹配”原则,即尽可能使焊缝金属的化学成分与母材接近,着力使微合金化元素发挥积极的冶金作用。采用3类焊接材料制成的多层组合焊缝接头,各层显微组织为接头的完整性以及力学性能的平衡做出了应有的贡献,使接头具有符合技术要求的综合力学性能。研究结果为X70管线钢焊接材料的合理选用,以及配套工艺的优化、工程质量(含接头的韧性问题)的提升提供理论参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to promote the innovative development of welding consumables for X70 pipeline steel and rationally select welding consumables to improve the weldability of steel, the research progress of selection principles of welding consumables for X70 pipeline steel related to engineering applications was reviewed.The results indicate that the main issues with the weldability of the steel are the sensitivity to welding cracks, as well as a certain degree of coarsening and softening of the HAZ grains, while also not neglecting the local embrittlement of the HAZ.The selection of X70 steel welding consumables tends to the principle of "quasi-composition matching", that is, the chemical composition of the weld metal is as close as possible to the base metal, and efforts are made to make the microalloying elements play a positive metallurgical role. The multi-layer composite weld joint made of three kinds of welding consumables, whose microstructure of each layer makes due contribution to the integrity of the joint and the balance of mechanical properties, has comprehensive mechanical properties that meet the technical requirements. The research results provide theoretical reference for the reasonable selection of welding consumables of X70 pipeline steel, the optimization of supporting processes and the improvement of engineering quality.
