航天典型金属材料离子渗氮技术研究进展

Research Progress on Ion Nitriding Technology of Typical Metal Materials in Aerospace

  • 摘要: 新一代航天器的发展对运动机构的承载能力、服役寿命以及轻量化提出了更高的要求,离子渗氮技术作为一种重要的表面强化手段,在空间机构高性能、长寿命、高可靠、轻量化制造中具有很高的应用价值。详细介绍了当前航天高强钢、钛合金、铝合金三类典型材料离子渗氮技术最新研究进展,结合未来工程应用需求提出了当前存在的差距及发展方向。

     

    Abstract: The development of new spacecrafts has put forward higher requirements for the bearing capacity, service life and lightweight of the space mechanism. Ion nitriding technology, as an important means of surface strengthening, has high value in the manufacturing of high-performance, long-life, high-reliability and lightweight space mechanisms. The latest research progress of ion nitriding technology of typical aerospace materials is introduced, and the current technical gaps and future development directions are proposed.
