Abstract:
This study focuses on the information management system of welding consumables based on the Internet of Things. The system applies network communication, image processing, big data analysis and other technologies to realize the design of intelligent terminals, data visualization platforms and APPs, and promote the digitalization of welding consumables management. Improve efficiency, reduce redundancy, ensure quality, and quickly analyze weld consumables usage at all stages of the project by automatically collecting and summarizing welding consumables usage data to support standardized management. At the same time, it will improve the digitalization, visualization and refined management of welding consumables distribution and recycling.
