  • 摘要: 丝杠副是电动执行系统中的关键核心部件,尤其对于滚珠丝杠来说,要求其表面具有高硬度、高耐磨、心部高韧性等优异的综合力学性能。因此,对产品表面进行中频感应淬火是一道重要工序。分别介绍了φ63mm的GCr15SiMn和GCr15轴承钢滚珠丝杠的中频感应淬火工艺试验过程和结果,阐述了轴承钢制滚珠丝杠中频感应淬火的技术特点及工艺规律。

     

    Abstract: The lead screw is the key core components of the electric execution system, especially the ball screw requires the comprehensive mechanical properties of high hardness, high wear resistance and high toughness of the heart, of which the medium frequency surface quenching has become an important process of product production.This paper introduces the medium frequency quenching process test of GCr15SiMn and GCr15 bearing steel ball screw with an outer diameter of 63mm. Through the analysis of the process and results, the technical characteristics and technological rules of surface quenching of bearing steel ball screw are understood.
