  • 摘要: A286是一种Fe-Cr-Ni高温合金,具有优良的综合力学性能,在航天航空领域得到广泛应用,是耐高温、高强度、抗疲劳紧固件常用材料之一。基于紧固件服役过程中失效模式及概率,本文针对A286紧固件在镦制、头杆结合处、热处理及螺纹成形加工过程中易产生的典型加工缺陷如过热、变形粗晶、合金贫化及螺纹开裂等,介绍了缺陷典型特征,综合分析了缺陷产生的根本原因,并制定了相应的预防措施,为A286紧固件工艺制定和优化提供借鉴参考,促进A286紧固件服役质量提升。

     

    Abstract: A286 is a kind of Fe-Cr-Ni superalloys, which has excellent comprehensive mechanical properties and is widely used in aerospace field. It is one of the commonly used materials for fasteners with high temperature resistance, high strength and fatigue resistance. Based on the failure mode and probability of fasteners in service, this paper introduces the typical defects of A286 fasteners, such as overheating, deformed coarse grain, alloy dilution and thread cracking, etc., comprehensively analyzes the root causes of defects, and formulates corresponding preventive measures, which can provide reference for the formulation and optimization of A286 fastener technology and promote the quality improvement of A286 fasteners.
