Development and optimization of casting process for CR400AF gearbox

  • 摘要: 详细介绍了动车组齿轮箱的铸造工艺开发及优化过程。通过对产品结构、要求及重要部位的深入分析,制定了科学合理的整体铸造工艺方案,并借助仿真软件进行了模拟优化。针对生产过程中出现的气孔及缩松缺陷,采取了一系列行之有效的解决措施。实践结果表明:优化后的工艺不仅显著提高了齿轮箱的成品率,还使其质量完全满足产品的技术要求。

     

    Abstract: This article provides a detailed introduction to the development and optimization process of casting technology for high-speed train gearboxes. Through in-depth analysis of product structure, requirements, and important parts, a scientific and reasonable overall casting process plan was developed, and process optimization was carried out using simulation software. A series of effective measures have been taken to address the porosity and shrinkage defects that occur during the production process. The practical results show that the optimized process not only significantly improves the yield of the gearbox, but also makes its quality fully meet the technical requirements of the product.
