Failure analysis of automobile main reducer bearing early jammed

  • 摘要: 详细阐述了汽车主减速器轴承的结构特点、主要损坏形式及其失效原因。通过实际失效案例分析,排除了轴承冶金、热处理质量的影响因素,利用轴承零件的纵截面金相和硬度检测结果,迅速确定了轴承零件变形和温升的热量来源。最终,通过研究汽车主减速器独特的润滑油路设计,发现油路断开是导致轴承高温黏着磨损失效的主要原因。

     

    Abstract: The structural characteristics, main damage forms and failure causes of the main reducer bearings in automobiles are elaborated in detail. Through the analysis of actual failure cases, the influencing factors of bearing metallurgy and heat treatment quality are excluded. By using the longitudinal section metallography and hardness test results of bearing parts, the heat sources of bearing part deformation and temperature rise are quickly determined.Finally, by studying the unique lubrication oil circuit design of the automobile main reducer, it is found that the disconnection of the oil circuit is the main cause of the high-temperature adhesive wear failure of the bearings.
