压裂双头螺栓脆断原因探究

Exploring the causes of brittle fracture of hydraulic fracturing double headed bolts

  • 摘要: 采用宏观断口分析、化学成分分析、力学性能试验、能谱及断口微观形貌分析、金相组织检测等方法,对早期脆断的压裂双头螺栓进行了分析。结果表明:压裂双头螺栓氢脆的主要原因是电镀工艺执行不到位。与此同时,从减少螺栓中渗氢量和减少应力两方面提出改进措施,以提高压裂双头螺栓的使用寿命。

     

    Abstract: Macroscopic fracture analysis, chemical composition analysis, mechanical property testing, energy spectrum and fracture microstructure analysis, metallographic structure detection and other methods were used to analyze the early brittle fracture of fracturing double headed bolts. The results indicate that the main reason for hydrogen embrittlement in hydraulic fracturing double headed bolts is inadequate execution of the electroplating process. At the same time, improvement measures are proposed from two aspects: Reducing hydrogen leakage in bolts and reducing stress, in order to improve the service life of fracturing double headed bolts.
