Abstract:
Macroscopic fracture analysis, chemical composition analysis, mechanical property testing, energy spectrum and fracture microstructure analysis, metallographic structure detection and other methods were used to analyze the early brittle fracture of fracturing double headed bolts. The results indicate that the main reason for hydrogen embrittlement in hydraulic fracturing double headed bolts is inadequate execution of the electroplating process. At the same time, improvement measures are proposed from two aspects: Reducing hydrogen leakage in bolts and reducing stress, in order to improve the service life of fracturing double headed bolts.
