Abstract: Plastic is an important engineering material, after a certain temperature, pressure plastic forming, so the processing of all kinds of plastic products mold materials are very strict, after exquisite heat treatment can improve the life of the mold. This paper expounds the main forms of die failure, and advances some concrete measures for increasing die life.
