Leak analysis of 660MW boiler water wall pipeline

  • 摘要: 火电厂锅炉材料失效泄漏是机组非计划停运的主要原因之一,导致因材料失效而泄漏的原因错综复杂,但鳍片焊接引起的失效泄漏相对较少。以某电厂660MW机组锅炉侧墙垂直水冷壁泄漏为基础,通过金属材料宏观分析、力学分析、金相检测等方法对失效管道进行试验,并结合现场实际情况分析泄漏原因。试验结果表明:本次管道泄漏为管道鳍片拉裂,裂纹扩展至水冷壁管道,导致管道在高温、高压下爆管泄漏。

     

    Abstract: The failure and leakage of boiler materials in thermal power plants is one of the main reasons for the unplanned shutdown of units, and the causes of material failure and leakage are complex. However, there is relatively little failure leakage due to fin welding. Based on the leakage of vertical water wall of the side wall of the boiler of a 660MW unit of a power plant, this paper tests the failed pipeline by methods such as macroscopic analysis,mechanical analysis and metallographic inspection of metal materials, and analyzes the causes of leakage based on the actual situation on site. The test results found that the leakage of the pipeline was the cracking of the pipe fin,and the crack extended to the water-cooled wall pipeline, resulting in the pipe bursting under high temperature and high pressure. This research and analysis aims to put forward a new analysis idea for the leakage failure of boilers in power stations, and provide a technical basis for reducing the number of non-stop units.
