中频感应加热弯管用WB36钢热处理工艺研究

Research on heat treatment process of WB36 steel for medium-frequency induction heating bending pipes

  • 摘要: 对WB36钢中频感应加热弯管水冷成形进行试验,管道弯制后对弯管区分别进行正火+回火、回火,从而改善弯管区的硬度、金相组织和力学性能,在确保弯管区成形质量合格的前提下,使中频感应加热弯管区的性能满足相关标准的要求。

     

    Abstract: Tests were carried out on the water-cooled forming of WB36 steel medium-frequency bends. After the pipes were bent, tempering+normalizing and tempering were respectively performed on the bent pipe areas to improve the hardness, metallographic structure and mechanical properties of the bent pipe areas. On the premise of ensuring the forming quality of the bent pipe areas to be qualified, the properties of the medium-frequency bent pipe areas are made to meet the requirements of relevant standards.
