Abstract:
In this paper, the weld forming analysis was carried out from the three process parameters of laser power, wire feeding speed and docking clearance, and it was found that the change trend of melt width, laser action zone width and heat-affected zone width was the same under different laser powers, all of which increased first and then decreased, and obvious spatter welding defects appeared on the weld surface when the laser power exceeded 4kW. Under different wire feeding speeds, the bottom residual height changes greatly, and gradually increases with the increase of wire feeding speed, and when the wire feeding speed exceeds 10.5m/min, obvious undercut defects appear on the surface of the weld. With the increase of the butt clearance, the melt width, residual height and the width of the heat-affected zone gradually decrease, and when the butt gap exceeds 0.6mm, the weld forming is not full, and the weld has undercut and unfused welding defects.
