Abstract: The overall assembly of steel box girder segments is an extremely complex and systematic process in the manufacturing of steel bridges, which involves many key technical points. To enhance the whole level of intelligent manufacturing in the domestic steel bridge manufacturing industry, based on the assembly of the ShenzhenZhongshan Link, the assembly techniques for steel box girders are researched. Through the analysis of the intelligent welding techniques and uncensored assembly techniques for steel box girders, the progress of manufacturing techniques for steel box girders is achieved. Judging from the effects of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link erection,the intelligent assembly techniques for steel box girders expounded in this paper are scientific and effective, which provide important reference for similar engineering construction in the future.
