Abstract: This paper introduces a high frequency induction hardening treatment method for brake disc. According to the application requirements of brake disc, the quenching method is determined, and then the sensor is designed according to the characteristics of surface quenching, and the workpiece is designed to achieve the induction hardening of brake disc.
