一种轻量集成化结构发动机机体3D打印铸造工艺研究

Research on 3D printing casting process of lightweight integrated structural engine block

  • 摘要: 球墨铸铁发动机机体轻量化、集成化是发动机机体设计生产的主要方向,发动机机体也是铸造成形难度较大的铸件之一,其铸造工艺方法也在不断探索和更新。主要通过3D打印铸造工艺技术,对V型发动机机体工艺进行探索和优化,利用整芯最大化来减少砂芯数量,解决复杂结构设计,提高生产效率,改善机体铸件尺寸一致性,减少外观和内部缺陷。生产结果表明:研发设计的铸造工艺方案,可以解决铸件复杂结构成形困难的问题,生产过程更加简便高效,产品尺寸精度更高,外观和内部质量大幅度提升。

     

    Abstract: The lightweight and integrated design of nodular cast iron engine body is the main direction of the engine body design and production. The engine body is also one of the castings that is more difficult to cast, and its casting process methods are also constantly explored and updated. This paper mainly explores and optimizes the V-type engine body process through 3D printing casting technology, using the whole core to maximize the reduction of the number of sand cores, solve complex structural design, improve production efficiency, improve the dimensional consistency of the body castings, and reduce appearance and internal defects. The production results show that the casting process solution designed by the research and development can solve the complex structure forming and casting production process more simple and efficient, the product dimensional accuracy is higher, and the appearance and internal quality are greatly improved.
