Hot compression behavior and thermal constitutive equationof 23Cr-12Ni steel

  • 摘要: 利用GLEEBLE 3500热力模拟试验机对23Cr-12Ni钢进行等温压缩试验,温度为1000~1250℃,应变率为0.001~10/s。根据不同条件下的应力-应变曲线,拟合获得23Cr-12Ni钢的热本构方程,通过计算加工硬化率θ,得到该钢发生动态再结晶时的临界应力σc和临界应变εc,并建立临界值与峰值之间的定量关系。结果表明:23Cr-12Ni钢发生动态再结晶的临界条件为ε>εc=5.06×10-2Z0.011;临界值与峰值之间存在的关系为:σc=0.8404σpc=0.088εp

     

    Abstract: The high temperature flow behavior of 23Cr-12Ni steel was studied through GLEEBLE 3500 thermomechanical simulator at 1000℃to 1250℃and strain rate of 0.001 to 10s-1.By computing the strain-hardening θ,under various deformation situations,the critical stressσc and critical strain εc were ascertained,and the correlation between critical values and peak values was discovered.The results show that:the critical conditions for onset of dynamic recrystallization is:ε>εc=5.06×10-2Z0.011;and the relationship between the critical values and peak values of dynamic recrystallization is:σc=0.8404σpc=0.088εp.
