  • 摘要: 视觉传感技术是目前金属加工中的常用感知手段,在焊接、金属切割等场景中被广泛使用。本文主要阐述焊接加工工艺中的视觉传感应用,并介绍了相关的技术原理,对整个工艺流程中使用到视觉传感的部分进行了叙述与总结,同时讨论了各类方法的优缺点与适用场景。最后围绕视觉传感技术目前的技术难题与未来发展进行了讨论,在复杂多变的智能应用场景下,视觉传感技术的单一性已难以满足实际需求。视觉传感技术与人工智能深度融合,将是行业未来的主旋律。多视觉传感的协同深度融合旨在构建能够自主感知环境、实时分析数据并实施独立决策的智能视觉传感系统,从而显著提升系统智能化水平,拓展其在多领域的应用潜力与效能。

     

    Abstract: Visual sensing technology is a commonly used perception method in metal processing at present and is widely applied in scenarios such as welding and metal cutting. This article mainly elaborates on the application of visual sensing in the welding processing technology, introduces the related technical principles, describes and summarizes the parts of the entire process that use visual sensing, and discusses the advantages and disadvantages of various methods and their applicable scenarios. Finally, it discusses the current technical challenges and future development of visual sensing technology. In complex and changeable intelligent application scenarios, the singularity of visual sensing technology is no longer sufficient to meet actual demands. The deep integration of visual sensing technology with artificial intelligence will be the main theme of the industry in the future. The collaborative and deep integration of multi-visual sensing aims to build an intelligent visual sensing system that can autonomously perceive the environment, analyze data in real time, and make independent decisions, thereby significantly enhancing the system's intelligence level and expanding its application potential and efficiency in multiple fields.
