  • 摘要: 新中国成立前,我国焊接事业极为弱小,而焊接科学和焊接技术都堪称空白.正如潘际銮院士所说的, "中国的焊接科学是1950年开始的,在这之前中国焊接科学是空白,焊接技术也是空白,几乎没有焊接工程."
