GH5188和GH3536电子束环形焊接缺陷形成及力学性能研究

Study on defect formation and mechanical properties of GH5188 and GH3536 electron beam girth welding

  • 摘要: 本文主要针对火焰筒制造过程中,GH5188合金与GH3536合金焊接时出现肉眼可见及荧光显示缺陷,通过异质合金的板状试片、模拟件的电子束焊接工艺攻关, 明晰缺陷类型及产生原因,最终获得无缺陷的焊缝。焊接缺陷主要表现为焊缝处的黑色凹陷斑点,经能谱分析为Al、La的氧化物。通过对模拟件焊接过程的全流程严格把控,获得了无缺陷的电子束焊缝。除此之外,观察了GH5188合金与GH3536合金电子束焊接的焊接形貌、组织特征,并测试了焊接试片的力学性能。

     

    Abstract: This paper mainly aims at the visible and fluorescent defects in the welding process of GH5188 alloy parts and GH3536 alloy parts in the flame tube manufacturing process. Through the electron beam welding process of heterogeneous alloy plate test pieces and simulation pieces, the defect types and causes are clarified, and finally the defect free welds are obtained. The main welding defects are black concave spots at the weld, which are analyzed by energy spectrum as oxides of Al and La. By strictly controlling the whole welding process of the simulated part, the electron beam weld without defects was obtained. In addition, the welding morphology and microstructure characteristics of GH5188 alloy and GH3536 alloy welded by electron beam were observed, and the mechanical properties of welded specimens were tested.
