螺塞材质对内螺纹防渗碳效果的影响研究

Study on the influence of bolt material on anticarburizing effect of internal thread

  • 摘要: 针对生产过程中内螺纹存在的防渗碳问题,采用仿真模拟和渗碳淬火试验相结合的方式对T3纯铜和20钢螺塞堵塞螺纹孔进行隔离防渗碳工艺研究。对高温下内螺纹与外螺纹膨胀后的密封情况进行了仿真,并试验验证两种方案下渗碳淬火处理后内螺纹的隔离防渗碳效果。结果表明:使用T3纯铜螺塞隔离时渗碳气氛进入螺纹孔内部的通道较20钢窄;在930℃×21h渗碳工艺条件下,采用T3纯铜螺塞隔离后内螺纹各螺牙硬度均较20钢低,且前者硬度波动较后者小;与后者相比,前者具有高防护、高稳定、高经济特点。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problem of anti-carburizing in the production process of internal thread,this paper studied the process of anti-carburizing isolation about the internal thread of plugging by T3 copper and 20 steel bolts by means of simulation and carburizing and quenching. The sealing of internal thread and external thread after expansion at high temperature was simulated, and the anti-carburizing isolated effect of internal thread after carburizing and quenching were verified by experiment. The results show that,the passage that the carburizing atmosphere enter the hole is smaller than that of 20 steel when the T3 copper plug is used. Under the condition of 930℃×21h carburizing,the hardness of each screw tooth of internal thread separated by T3 copper plug is lower than that of 20 steel,and the hardness fluctuation is smaller than that of 20 steel. the former has the characteristics of high protection, high stability and high economy.
