“新双高”+“智能时代”背景下智能焊接技术专业应用型人才培养模式与实践

The Training Mode and Practice of Applied Talents in Intelligent Welding Technology under the Background of “New Dual High” and “Intelligent Era”

  • 摘要: 在“新双高”和“智能时代”建设背景下,培养应用型人才是我国职业教育发展必须坚持且长期坚持的一条重要路线。以应用型人才培养目标为中心,,研究和探索“新双高”+“智能时代”建设背景下智能焊接技术应用型人才的培养模式。提出“五协同育人模式”为基础、以构建能力递进式教学项目课程体系为引领、以“知行合一,三促三生”的进阶教学过程为方法、多维考核、三阶递进,实施思政育人评价体系为途径,形成智能焊接技术专业应用型人才培养方案及专业核心课程教学实施方案。实践证明,智能焊接技术专业应用型人才培养方案及专业核心课程教学实施方案为培养具备“机电工匠,德技双馨”特色的高技能高素质应用型人才提供了较高的可行性和实践的必要性。

     

    Abstract: Against the backdrop of the “New Dual High” and “Intelligent Era” construction, cultivating applied talents is an important and long-term route that China's vocational education must adhere to. Centering on the goal of cultivating applied talents, this paper studies and explores the cultivation model of applied talents in intelligent welding technology under the background of “New Dual High”+“Intelligent Era” construction. It proposes a “five-coordinated education model” as the foundation, a progressive teaching project course system construction as the guidance, an “integration of knowledge and action, three promotions and three creations” progressive teaching process as the method, multi-dimensional assessment, three-stage progressive, and the implementation of ideological and political education evaluation system as the approach, to form a talent cultivation plan and core course teaching implementation plan for applied talents in intelligent welding technology. Practice has proved that the talent cultivation plan and core course teaching implementation plan for applied talents in intelligent welding technology provide high feasibility and practical necessity for cultivating high-skilled and high-quality applied talents with the characteristics of “mechanical and electrical craftsmanship, virtue and skill excellenc”.
