Research on isothermal quenching process of 30CrMnSiA steel hooks

  • 摘要: 针对30CrMnSiA钢吊钩等温淬火后力学性能不达标的问题,通过工艺试验,分析等温温度对材料金相组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:30CrMnSiA钢吊钩等温淬火最佳温度为340~360℃,等温淬火可获得贝氏体+马氏体的复相组织,随着等温温度上升,上贝氏体含量逐渐增加,硬度与强度值下降,同时保持良好的伸长率和断面收缩率。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the mechanical properties of 30CrMnSiA steel hooks after isothermal quenching are not up to the standards, the influence of isothermal temperature on the metallographic structure and mechanical properties of the material was analyzed by process tests. The results show that the optimum isothermal quenching temperature of 30CrMnSiA steel hooks is 340~360℃. After isothermal quenching, the complex phase structure of bainite and martensite can be obtained. With the increase of isothermal temperature, the content of upper bainite increases gradually, and the hardness and strength values decrease, Simultaneously maintaining good elongation and cross-sectional shrinkage.
