  • 摘要: 以创新驱动和质量为先,加强量传溯源技术和方法研究,是我国计量发展规划的重要内容。开展全自动布氏压痕测量系统校准方法研究,解决其系统校准问题,满足力学性能试验中布氏硬度的检测技术要求,制定校准规范,实现全自动布氏压痕测量系统溯源,为国防工业、民用机械行业力学性能试验提供成功经验,发挥重要作用。

     

    Abstract: Strengthening the research on quantity transmission and traceability technology and methods, with innovation driven and quality as the priority, is an important part of China’s metrology development plan. Conduct research on the calibration method of the fully automatic Brinell indentation measurement system, solve the system calibration problem, meet the technical requirements for Brinell hardness detection in mechanical performance testing, develop calibration specifications, achieve traceability of the fully automatic Brinell indentation measurement system, provide successful experience for mechanical performance testing in the national defense industry and civil machinery industry, and play an important role.
