Abstract:
Based on the robot CMT-P welding process, using L9(3^4) orthogonal experimental method, designed the robot CMT-P welding process parameters experiments for 4043 aluminum alloy, and the use of polar analysis and ANOVA and other methods of experimental data processing and analysis of the results, to establish the intrinsic influence of the factors and weld shaping of the weight of the relationship. The results show that, the weld melt depth and melt width are mainly affected by the wire feeding and welding speed; the weld margin height is more sensitive to the robot speed. The research results provide an important theoretical basis and experimental support for improving welding quality and productivity.
