电动机主轴裂纹失效分析

Failure analysis of cracks on the motor spindle

  • 摘要: 对失效电动机主轴化学成分、力学性能、断口低倍形貌、断口扫描数据及使用状况等进行分析。结果表明:断口为疲劳断裂形貌,断口有明显的裂纹源、扩展区有明显的疲劳辉纹;电动机主轴表面有X形状裂纹,裂纹扩展方向与电动机主轴轴向呈45°,断口具有扭转断裂特征。失效原因为电动机主轴在谐振的作用下,产生扭振疲劳裂纹。

     

    Abstract: Analyze the chemical composition, mechanical properties, macroscopic morphology of the fracture,scanning data of the fracture and usage conditions of the failed motor spindle. The results show that the fracture exhibits a fatigue fracture morphology. There are obvious crack sources on the fracture, and obvious fatigue striations in the propagation area. There are X-shaped cracks on the surface of the motor spindle, and the crack propagation direction forms an angle of 45° with the axial direction of the motor spindle. The fracture has the characteristics of torsional fracture. The cause of failure is that the motor spindle generates torsional vibration fatigue cracks under the influence of resonance.
