某电厂凝汽器冷却管焊缝穿孔失效分析

Fracture Analysis of Weld Perforation in Condenser Cooling Tube of Power Plant

  • 摘要: 某电厂凝汽器冷却管化学清洗后焊缝出现穿孔,为找出泄漏原因及机理,对管子进行水垢成分分析、扫描电镜微观形貌、水质分析等,发现水垢主要成分为CaCO3,并含有一定量S、P等腐蚀物。结果表明管内壁硬垢阻塞腐蚀物流动,导致腐蚀产物在垢下积聚。化学清洗过程中氨基磺酸与碳酸钙剧烈反应产生大量CO2气体,形成空泡腐蚀效应。加上焊缝相对薄弱,最终在多种因素作用下发生穿孔泄漏。文末给出合理化建议,为问题处理提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: The weld in condenser cooling tube of power plant was perforated after chemical cleaning. In order to find out the cause and mechanism of perforation, the analysis was implemented by scale composition analysis, SEM microstructure, water analysis etc. The results show the main composition of scale is calcium carbonate and contains some corrosive elements such as sulfur and phosphorus. The hard scale blocks the flow of corrosion, which caused under deposit corrosion. Plenty of carbon dioxide was generated after chemical cleaning. The weld of cooling tube is relatively weak and finally the perforation occurred due to various factors. Additionally some reasonable suggestions are provided at the end of article.
