Abstract:
As a key core component of machinery and equipment, the performance, reliability and service life of the engine have been widely concerned. Laser additive repair technology, with its remarkable features such as high precision, low heat input and flexible operation, shows great application potential and value in the field of engine repair. This paper reviews the current status of the application of laser additive repair technology in different engine components(e.g., blades, combustion chambers, cylinder blocks), technical characteristics, research results, as well as the challenges and future development trends. Special attention is paid to key issues such as repair process optimization, material suitability, quality control and standardization, and future development directions such as intelligence and environmental protection are discussed.
