  • 摘要: 发动机作为机械设备关键核心部件,其性能、可靠性和使用寿命受到广泛关注。激光增材修复技术以其高精度、低热输入和操作灵活等显著特点,在发动机修复领域展现出巨大的应用潜力和价值。介绍激光增材修复技术在发动机不同部件(如叶片、燃烧室、缸体)中的应用现状、技术特点、研究成果,以及面临的挑战和未来发展趋势。特别关注了修复工艺优化、材料适配性、质量控制与标准化等关键问题,并探讨了智能化、环保化等未来发展方向。

     

    Abstract: As a key core component of machinery and equipment, the performance, reliability and service life of the engine have been widely concerned. Laser additive repair technology, with its remarkable features such as high precision, low heat input and flexible operation, shows great application potential and value in the field of engine repair. This paper reviews the current status of the application of laser additive repair technology in different engine components(e.g., blades, combustion chambers, cylinder blocks), technical characteristics, research results, as well as the challenges and future development trends. Special attention is paid to key issues such as repair process optimization, material suitability, quality control and standardization, and future development directions such as intelligence and environmental protection are discussed.
