端面粗糙度对锆合金包壳管脉冲TIG焊接接头的组织及性能影响

Effect of end face roughness on microstructure and properties of pulse TIG welded joint of zirconium alloy cladding tube

  • 摘要: 本文主要研究了端面粗糙度对锆合金包壳管脉冲TIG焊接接头组织和力学性能的影响。研究表明,由于端面粗糙度的降低显著改善了焊缝表面质量,减少了水波纹缺陷,使焊缝成形效果更佳。显微组织分析表明,焊缝区组织主要由α+α′+β相组成,热影响区主要为α+β相组织。端面粗糙度的降低有助于改善熔池内部液态金属的均匀流动,抑制局部晶粒异常长大,提高了焊接接头组织的均匀一致性。力学性能表明:端面粗糙度的降低可优化焊接热过程,进一步提高了焊接接头的抗拉强度和断后延伸率,且焊缝区硬度值更为均匀。本研究阐明了端面粗糙度对焊接接头质量的影响,为锆合金包壳管的高质量焊接提供了科学依据和实践指导。

     

    Abstract: This paper focuses on the effect of end face roughness on the organization and mechanical properties of pulsed TIG welded joints of zirconium alloy clad tubes. It has been shown that the reduction in end face roughness significantly improves the weld surface quality and reduces water ripple defects, resulting in better weld shaping. Microstructure analysis shows that the weld zone organization is mainly composed of α+α′+β phases, and the heat affected zone is mainly α+β phase organization. The reduction of endface roughness helps to improve the uniform flow of liquid metal inside the molten pool, suppresses the abnormal growth of local grains, and improves the uniform consistency of the welded joint organization. The mechanical properties show that the reduction of endface roughness can optimize the welding thermal process, further improve the tensile strength and elongation after break of the welded joint, and the hardness value of the weld zone is more uniform. This study elucidates the influence of endface roughness on the quality of welded joints, and provides a scientific basis and practical guidance for the high-quality welding of zirconium alloy cladding tubes.
