Abstract:
In this paper, the simulation method is utilized to simulate the underwater cutting of a stainless steel-alumina multiphase flow model, investigating the effects of three cutting parameters—laser power, cutting speed, and heat source radius—on the risk of leakage from the inner layer of alumina material. The simulation results were fitted and analyzed to explore the combined influence of laser power and cutting speed on the leakage risk of the inner layer of alumina material. The results indicate that laser power and cutting speed have a significant impact on the final outcome.
